Lovely Bel is the business glue! 

She started with the company in 2014 as administration. Pat and Troy both interviewed Bel and she remembers that she had to sit on a milk crate to answer her interview questions! 

As the business has grown, so has Bel’s role. She is now the Service Manager overlooking the business books, customer relationships and administration team. Bel also manages the HR side of things. She does our recruiting as well as making sure that all current employees are satisfied and happy.
